Class description:
This four-part series will teach you everything you need to know to take your dreams and passions and turn them into a legitimate and profitable business. Questions are highly encouraged throughout each class, and especially at the end of each session, to give you the most individualized attention. You can sign up for each session separately, but I highly recommend taking the whole series!
Starting a business can be very overwhelming – especially if you aren’t sure where to find the right information. I’ll go over the things you should do to get your business up and running and will point you in the right direction for certain forms and offices. We’ll also discuss how to create an identity for your business and develop collateral items, like business cards.
Topics covered include:
making it legal (DBA, Business License, Trademark, and more)
planning & finance
creating an identity & developing collateral
basic bookkeeping
