Where is the DIY Lounge located?
DIY Lounge is located at collage, a locally owned business that sells art supplies with a class space in the back. There are now two DIY Lounge at collage locations. Read more about them and get directions on the locations page.
How do I pay for my registration?
We use PayPal to handle online payments. It's free, fast, easy and secure so you can be sure that your transaction is safe. PayPal allows you to pay with any major credit card, or if you already have a PayPal account you can have money withdrawn from your credit card or checking account. For more information, visit the PayPal web site.
Do I have to sign up for a PayPal account?
No. While we do process all online payments using the PayPal shopping cart, you do not have to sign up with PayPal to make a purchase. Once you've added your items to the cart, click the secure checkout button, then choose the "Don't Have a PayPal Account" option. You'll be able to enter your payment information there without signing up with PayPal.
But I don't want to order online. Can I pay with check or cash?
PayPal really is our preferred method, but if you like we do accept cash or check payments. You'll need to contact us and let us know what you would like to sign up for and we'll handle the registration for you. Call Jen Neitzel at 503.804.2526 to arrange a check or cash payment.
Why do you need my phone number?
While we do realize that you may be reluctant to give personal information over the internet, we do require a phone number when you register for classes. Most communication will be via email, and your phone number will only be used if we need to contact you in the event that a class is cancelled or rescheduled. We don't even store your number anywhere on our web site–it's only available in the PayPal registration receipt.
Do you ship anything to me after I register?
In most cases, shipping is not required. Your registration information will be emailed to you automatically, and you'll be given a link that you can refer to if you need to review your order at any time.
I've lost or deleted my registration confirmation email. How can I see my registration history?
Afer registering for a class online you should receive an email with a link to your registration confirmation page. If you've lost or deleted this email, visit our registration history page and enter your email address. This will bring up a list of all registrations that we have for you. Be sure to use the email address that you used when registering through PayPal.
